What type of therapist am I?

I am trained in Psychosynthesis Counselling, an integrative approach to psychotherapy that focuses on your immediate needs and your short-term and long-term well-being. The aim of Psychosynthesis is to help you to find your own unique sense of self and accept all aspects of who you are.

My approach is tailored to you and I work intuitively bringing in meditation, creative writing, drawing and other creative techniques, dream work, shadow work and breathing exercises.

The goal is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and enable you to make lasting positive changes and have more skills to successfully manage life’s challenges, as well as enjoying the journey of your life.

I’ve also trained in Jungian dream analysis and shadow work, breath work for therapy, neurodiversity training and other healing modalities and developed my own approach to unblocking the unconscious using breath work, somatic healing and creative writing, which I call Soul Writing. Our lives are created and understood through the stories we tell ourselves. If we can change our stories, we can change our life.

Fee: £80 for 50 minute session.

Reconnect with your body, mind and soul as you escape the noise of everyday life for 50 minutes every week.
