If you’re looking for a counsellor to talk through challenges you are facing, I’ll be alongside you in your exploration of your circumstances and emotions without judgement.
Corporate Burnout - the demands of corporate environments can cause burnout, exhaustion and loss of motivation. I’ll work with you to come back to what is important to you and re-define your goals and boundaries in and outside of the workplace.
Neurodivergent people - I also know the pressures of being neurodivergent in a corporate environment that does not accommodate for neurodivergent needs nor understand how to support your strengths - of which you will have many.
Living with anxiety - anxiety has many causes. We work together to monitor your anxiety and understand what helps to regulate your nervous system.
Brain Injury survivors - I work with people in recovery and living with acquired brain injury. I had a brain injury in 2004 and know how challenging and painful and long-term recovery can be. I’ve been a critical friend for the steering group at the Maudsley Brain hospital team in London and supported brain injury patients from the Princess Royal hospital in Sussex.
We work in one-to-one, confidential 50 minute sessions online.

EXECUTIVE COACHING
High-stress environments can lead to burnout and a feeling of being disconnected from life, others and oneself. Executive coaching has a focus on bringing you back into connection with yourself, remembering who you are outside of work, and supports you to clarify what is important to you and how you can thrive at work.
Coaching is more goal-based than counselling and therapy, although we will go as deep into your process and your inner world as needed to bring you back into balance.
I have 35 years experience in the corporate world in Director and CEO roles across many industry sectors and I know how performance and political pressures can be damaging to the psyche and cause burnout.
We work in one-to-one 50 minute sessions online.

MENOPAUSE
Your Unique Journey
The Journey through peri-menopause and menopause is a path of personal growth that is unique for every woman. Although there are some signs we can recognise that are common to many women, the way we respond to the changes is different and very personal. It depends on your life journey to this point and the tools you have developed on the way. This vital, powerful phase in our lives offers us the opportunity to step into the woman who we have been becoming all our life.
If you think it might help you to talk through this transition as you navigate who you are and who you are becoming, I offer a confidential, compassionate space where you are free to be and voice who you are, and any voices emerging. We may use meditation, free-writing, free-drawing and other creative techniques, including techniques from my Soul Writing™ method of self-discovery.

I’m a qualified counsellor & coach
As a counsellor I take a person-centred approach, which means I follow you and your needs in our sessions. I may bring in different elements from other modalities such as creative writing, meditation to calm your nervous system and free-drawing and considering your dreams to encourage your imagination to be expressed.
As an academic I researched the impact of creativity and creative writing on wellbeing and mental health. The benefits to wellbeing are powerful.
I love facilitating guided meditation journeys to help you to connect to your inner wisdom.
